I believe when the last phase is occurring, the drive loads the game before it is fully installed/ready to be launched which is causing an invalid argument in the files on the launcher. Theory: I believe that people using an SSD/hybrid when updating are having this issue due to there being no contingency delay in place to stop the drive loading the game faster than it should.
